Antique Burlwood Pipe
Antique burlwood pipe in the style of Ulm pipes, with a Hungarian bowl shape. The fittings and chain are made of 13-lot silver, hallmarked Vienna, between 1830 and 1839. The bowl is completely carved and decorated with a horticultural scene. The base of the bowl is encircled with a leaf motif. The stem is turned from precious wood and fitted with a spherical end piece into which a horn mouthpiece is screwed. The pipe has seen little use, which is rare. Very fine condition.
