Antique Tobacco Pipe
A large, interesting antique tobacco pipe featuring a boxwood bowl in a bent shape and silver-plated brass fittings. The lid is adorned with an elaborate figure of a musketeer—a style of lid decoration that is rarely encountered. There is a narrow shrinkage crack, caused by the heating of the bowl, which has been very neatly sealed. The interior of the bowl is lined with iron. Long cherrywood tube with pipe hose and horn ends. The retaining cord has been replaced at some point in the past. Overall condition is very good. Deko not for sale !
