Baroque Dutch Snuffbox
Baroque Dutch snuffbox, in its traditional oval shape, embossed brass and finely engraved on both sides, around 1700-1740. Normal wear and tear on the bottom side. This snuffbox is a little smaller than the usual Dutch snuffboxes. However, these were a little easier to carry with you for everyday use than their bigger sisters. This is also the reason why well-preserved small snuffboxes of this type are a little less common on the collectors' market.
