Baroque Snuffbox

Rare baroque snuffbox in book form; Provided with a triple combination lock, which still works perfectly and would keep the snuff safe from unauthorized access even today. The snuffbox is engraved with Masonic symbols on both sides as well as the presumed first letter of the sole owner "W. L." and the year 1779 engraved. Probably England between 1770-1790. Very nice condition.
