Patriotic pipe in memory of the Prussian Field Marshal Helmut von Moltke (1800 - 1891). He can be seen on the pipe bowl on a black background as a fine bisque bas-relief. Sour wood handle with pipe decorations made of finely turned horn with stag horn rosette and original lanyard. Germany 1891, few signs of wear, very nice condition.
