Antique Large Meerschaum Pipe
Antique large meerschaum pipe, continental Europe / probably Germany 1800-1850. Very finely crafted with very luxurious finishes in the workmanship. The spar is composed of different colored horn and adorned with two fire-gilded decorative rings. Original lanyard. Pipe bowl fitting made of solid silver with a relief of a lansquenet on the pipe cover. Fantastic and extraordinary even red-brown patina of the pipe bowl. Excellent and very neat condition!
