Rare antique pipe case for a clay pipe, probably made of walnut wood and brass fittings. The hinge is made of silver. Brass fittings, Holland between 1780-1830, dated 1804 M o. A and W. Very good and well-kept condition. Due to the material wood and its fine workmanship and sensitivity, pipe cases for clay pipes are rarely found on the antique market in good to very good condition.
