Magnificent Baroque Snuffbox

Magnificent baroque snuffbox, Iserlohn form before the minting period, Iserlohn 1725-1750. Brass and copper chased and engraved. The big theme of love and everyday life in the Baroque period were always popular motifs for engravings on snuffboxes. In the foreground there is a hunting scene for a hare with a hunter and a dog.
